RSA Engineering, Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in mechanical/electrical
engineering in cold climates in Alaska. RSA was founded in June
1983 as a sole proprietorship and was incorporated as a Subchapter
"S" Corporation in 1986. RSA’s design philosophy
is to provide each client with a high standard of engineering while
staying within the time and budget constraints. RSA Engineering
is a shareholder owned corporation, with 21 of its 30 employees
as shareholders. This promotes employee concern for efficient operations
as well as customer satisfaction.
RSA Engineering,
Inc. has provided the full range of consulting services for a wide
variety of projects throughout Alaska for over 20 years. RSA’s
project engineers have experience in all types of facilities and

E. Hall, P.E.
Tim is Vice President and Principal Electrical Engineer at RSA Engineering.
He has over 21 years of experience in the electrical construction
field. He has hands-on experience as a journeyman electrician and
has worked extensively in the construction field while getting his
degree in engineering. Tim has performed electrical engineering for
a variety of projects including numerous educational and religious
facilties. Tim has the hands-on experience, as well as the educational
background to provide well-balanced, informed designs for any facility.
Mark R.
Frischkorn, P.E.
Mark has over 10 years experience in the mechanical design field.
Before joining RSA Engineering, Inc., he served as a mechanical engineer
in the military and the private sector. Mark is responsible for designing
and managing a wide variety of projects including numerous educational
and religious facilties.
