Earl Mullins, PE
is the principal consultant and founder of MULLINS ACOUSTICS.
He has been an acoustical consultant since 1984, and has a bachelors
degree in mechanical engineering. He is a registered professional
engineer in both Alaska and California. He has consulted on more than
1500 different projects over the past nineteen years, covering a wide
variety of project types. He is a member of the Institute of Noise
Control Engineers, ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration
& Air Conditioning Engineers), and an affiliate member of the
American Institute of Architects.
MULLINS ACOUSTICS was founded in 1990, and provides
a full range of acoustical consulting services, offering a single
point of contact for solutions to sound and vibration issues. We work
extensively in the design, construction and retrofit of buildings.
We also work to assess and mitigate environmental noise. We also serve
as technical experts for legal cases and public hearings. This background
helps us to develop noise solutions that are both practical and innovative.
